CEREMONY

________ Guest book is set up - same person hands out wedding programs.

________ Groomsmen begin seating guests.

________ Photographer and/or Videographer arrive for pre-photos.

________ Parents/families/attendants should be on/site for any pre-photos.

________ Candle Lighting.

________ Mothers are seated.

________ Processional is formed and flower girl/ring bearer walk up the aisle.

________ Attendants walk up the aisle - bride-groom, maid of honor/best man, flower girl and the ring bearer.

_________A formal receiving line may be formed just outside of the ceremony area for the guests to greet the bridal party. This can also be done at the reception.

_________Marriage certificate is signed with the official/clergy and your best man/ and maid of honor.

_________Photo sessions with both families and attendants.

_________Drive time between the ceremony and reception sites.


RECEPTION


_________Guests arrive at the reception.

_________Reception begins with Introduction of the couple by the MC, band leader or disc jockey. Optional toast is given by the best man.

_________Lunch/Dinner is served to the couple first or they are first in the buffet line.

_________Take photographs

_________Greet guests

_________Entire wedding party returns to head table for toasting

_________First dance goes to the newlyweds.

_________Second dance goes to the father/daughter, then to the groom and his mother.

_________Cake cutting.

_________Bouquet tossing.

_________Garter.

_________Couple gathers their items to leave the reception.

_________Couple leaves the reception.

_________Arrive at airport and fly off into wedded bliss.
