What is the age of your home?
What is the condition of your home?
Do the bathrooms have mildew or buildup?
How many people live in your home?
How many pets and what kind?

What happens next?

• After getting this information and based on this information Professional Cleaning & Concierge will provide you with the cost of an initial clean.
• After Professional Cleaning & Concierge cleans your home for the first time they will provide you with several options, including what the cost will be to have your home cleaned on a weekly and also a bi-weekly basis.
• Professional Cleaning & Concierge will schedule your home cleaning at a time that is convenient for you, then secure your appointment time with a credit card deposit, you may use PayPal if you wish.
• Provide Professional Cleaning & Concierge with gate codes and any other codes needed if you are not going to be at the home when you want us to clean it.
• Provide us with information regarding your pets if you are not going to be at the house at the time of the cleaning. See our pet page here.

The first cleaning is priced per hour so that Professional Cleaning & Concierge can clean your home better than it has ever been cleaned before, after cleaning homes for many years they have found that the first cleaning is the most important and they want to make sure this is done right.

This first cleaning focuses on things that may not have been cleaned in a long time, things such as baseboards and window sills. This may take more time than would a regular weekly cleaning.

Clients are asked to provide Professional Cleaning & Concierge with a clutter free environment so that we can focus on deep cleaning. If you would like your sheets changed, we are happy to accommodate you, just have a clean set ready.

Perks for our regular clients

Several incentives are provided for those who choose to have a cleaning service contract. But a service contract is optional. Professional Cleaning & Concierge knows you will be happy with the cleaning services they provide and will leave this entirely up to you. No-one will ever pressure you.

But for those who choose a service contract there are many perks that we offer. Here are just a few:

A six month service contract entitles you to one free concierge service for every four cleanings or $40 off your fifth cleaning. This is a great value and it is provided to all our clients who have us clean their home on a weekly basis.

For those who choose a six month service contract of bi-weekly (every other week) cleanings are entitled to one free concierge service for every five cleanings. If concierge service is not needed you may choose $40 off your fifth cleaning.

Professional Cleaning & Concierge will also provide you with a price of monthly service if you prefer this option.
